ALL IN ALL

This workshop is an embodied research lab of relational life. What becomes apparent when full-bodied exploration and curiosity is placed within the layers of relating to self, other,  groups, collectives and systems (both human and more than human)?  What is discovered when verbal communication is eliminated and exchanges are distilled to movement, posture, gesture and vibe? Rooted in the 5Rhythms™ Movement Map and fortified by elements of Somatic Psychology, our embodied inquiry will include dance meditations, movement exercises, ritual theater and body based awareness tools. Solo, partner and group work will be our testing grounds. 

If everything is in relationship to everything, and everyone is in relationship to everyone, the relational field is ever present. Living is a vast complex dance of interchanges. Here, we creatively examine personal and collective relational patterns to liberate, evolve and renew them.
