MOVEMENT COLLECTIVE: The 5Rhythms, Open Floor, The 360 Emergence.
Thursday Night Movement Collective is a collective of teachers offering different forms of Conscious Dance Practice: 5Rhythms, Open Floor, and The 360 Emergence. The common thread woven into all the forms is movement as meditation, inquiry, exploration, and an opportunity to deepen somatic awareness. And, every class is unique in the sense that each teacher offers their distinct training, flavor, and musical sensibility, creating richness and variety in the practice. Classes are drop-in for all levels. Teaching schedule :
