One-to-One sessions offer a supported time and space for the body to speak its wisdom. They are a creative, individualized and accompanied journey into dialogue with one’s felt sense.
A collection of Mind-Body Therapy Tools and 5Rhythms practices are the framework for each session. We begin with a verbal check-in and collaborative inquiry into our focus. The session unfolds from the movement or sensations that are present. Most often we work without music and stay in dialogue throughout the process. Each session is founded in practices for nervous system regulation and the establishment of personal resources.
While Chloe may offer specific invitations, directions and structure to the session, she considers you the expert and authority of your own experience, and your own body. These sessions support you to engage in your own deep listening and innate wisdom.
These sessions may have therapeutic or healing benefits, but are not intended to be a form of psychotherapy or physical therapy and do not claim to cure anything.

All sessions are 90 minutes in length.
