CHAOS. INTUITION . WATER. MIND

STILLNESS. INSPIRATION . ETHER . SPIRIT
Movement is done alone, in pairs and in groups.

In the 5Rhythms™ Movement Map, the rhythm of Chaos bridges the known with the unknowable. In practice, the rhythm of Chaos teaches us how to safely release enough control over our movement to enter a more surrendered dance with forces outside our command, with quickly emerging changes and with ambiguity. This series focuses on the physical teachings of Chaos as a metaphor and a resource for moving within the current chaos of our time.
