Private sessions are offered Online via Zoom and in-person outside (health precautions must be followed).
In One-to-One sessions I accompany you on a journey through sensation, into your body, and into movement. These journeys are done both with and without music. Verbal contact is maintained throughout.
Using a 5Rhythms lens and the 5Rhythms movement map, these sessions offer individualized guidance and support to your movement process. They address blocks, patterns or sticky spots that may be hindering more full or creative motion. They offer focused somatic inquiries into areas where embodiment is strong and areas where embodiment is resisted.
One-to-one sessions will always meet you where you are, and might include:
- Very slow movement
- Focus on specific areas of the body
- Movement alone or with Chloe
- Movement on the ground or floor
- Personal movement prescriptions
- Writing or speaking from the body
These sessions may be therapeutic, but are not therapy and do not intend to be.

Sessions are 50 -70 minutes in length.
Sliding Scale $45 - $75
Outside In-person sessions will take place at an agreed upon outdoor location. A proper mask, no symptoms of Covid-19, nor recent exposure or travel are required.
Before we begin our work together, you will be asked to complete an application from (below) and sign a liability waiver. All information provided and all sessions are confidential.
